Main Villa
The main villa is built a the base of a fourteen meter high granite rock face that forms the back wall of the living room.
The rock face becomes a dynamically variable waterfall that fills a fully filtered swimming pool in the living room.
With the touch of a dial the water flow can be varied from a trickle that covers the rock face with a glistening quiet cover to a torrent that you can sit on a bench under while you enjoy the view over the Gulf of Thailand, across the islands to the Thai mainland in the distance. Aside from it's ascetic beauty the waterfall also provides a natural cooling system for the room.
The main villa includes a large living area with waterfall and plunge pool, view deck, bedroom/study with bathroom, kitchen, pantry and laundry room.
The main villa structure includes a computerized lighting system to control its lighting and fans. There is a 30 cubic meter underground storage tank to collect rainwater for irrigation use.
It also includes a lower level private air conditioned guest suite with attached bathroom and view garden.
